How is the name inscribed? The name is engraved using a powerful computer controlled laser. The laser etches the surface of the aluminum tag. The result is a clean white inscription that is true to the font.

What if I need a different length of chain? Your tag comes on a 9" length of silver chain. The chain has a clasp on one end. You can clasp the end of the chain on any link in the chain to shorten it. If you need a longer length of chain, please contact us.

Can I take the tag off the chain? Yes. You can remove the tag from the chain at any time.

Can I use it on a real (not stuffed) pet? Sure. You can attach our tags onto your pet's collar.

How long will it take to make? Your order will generally be completed in a few days. It will ship First Class Mail for delivery in about 1 week to most domestic locations.

What fonts do you offer? There are four fonts for you to choose from. You can view the list of fonts.

Can I request custom images, custom fonts or custom inscriptions? Yes. Simply email us with your request. We will provide a custom quote and delivery timeframe.

How many letters can I fit in the inscription? It depends on the font and the font size. We will contact you if your inscription is too long.
